
Once upon a time I used to say to my children, "I remember when there were no calculators, no computers, no internet and no mobile phones!" Now I'm saying "I remember when Social Media was just Facebook!"
It seems like the speed of technological change is phenomenal, but is it really? Hasn't it always been pretty fast? As marketers, sometimes I feel we struggle to keep up. The way consumers access information and initiate the buying process has shifted dramatically with the rapid growth of mobile devises and proliferation of social media sites.

Digital marketing has fast become the prime concern of marketers although I firmly believe that there is still a place for print - it's not dead yet! Social media is at the heart of any digital strategy and if you don't have a digital marketing strategy, well you need to get one!
