Contrary to some marketing opinion, email remains alive and well and as much a part of the marketing mix as it ever was. People spend half their working day using it and it is their most effective collaboration tool regardless of social media. They also trust it and are satisfied with it, according to a Harvard Business Review survey of US, UK and South African workers.
Marketo produced this 20 top tips report in 2008, but it's still relevant today and a useful tool if you're looking at an email campaign.
